Today is my son's first day of school and this is the book I've chosen to start my reading era and I loved it. This is exactly what I needed. Finished the book in one hour. It can be a bit daunting diving into self-help books but this one makes it so easy. Short poems and reminders to help keep you focused on growth, acceptance and love. Great book!

Great book, well put together. Noticed on the 3rd poem though there may be a typo “why am I going through all these”- this?

I have purchased this book to assist in the beginning of my journey to loving myself.This book isn't really a book and doesn't have any meaning page to page. However it does have helpful sentences and really hits home and makes you think. Some people may only read one sentence a day and work on that and continue to read one a day their after.

This book helped me through my divorce. It helped build me back up and motivate me to keep going. This changed me in the best ways possible.
