I purchased urban yog 3 Barrel Hair Curler for my wife to surprise her, but this so-called innovative tool ended up surprising me as it turned out to be a complete disaster. My wife gave it multiple tries, playing around with different temperature settings, but all she got in return was frustration and disappointment. It simply didn't work at all!To make the matter worse, its low-quality ceramic rods heated up like crazy, leaving my wife screaming in pain with burnt ears and hands.I strongly advise you to save yourself the trouble and don't fall for its deceptive promises and subpar build quality. Don't let those flashy Instagram ads deceive you! This regrettable investment isn't worth it.I wish I could turn back time and return it, the return window has already closed.
