Tuya apps is easy to use and I can assign user code, use period. Good & simple user management.Remote access is great!Room to improve -1. provide key pad log on what codes were entered and time.2. send notification when the code is accepted/door open.

I got this to control my 1994-vintage garage door opener. I can now open it with the keypad on the outside of the garage or from the Tuya Smart app on my phone.Only negative I have is the lack of clear documentation for programming. By getting assistance from the seller, I was able to figure it out.

Worked fine for me. Wanted a keypad to open a gate that has magnetic door strike. Used the blue and purple wires to activate the relay on the panel of the already installed intercom system. Works like a charm. The app also works great. Able to change access codes from there. Very simple operation.

Still working after almost 2 years. Waterproof

Had a hard time getting it connected to a Wi-Fi network. Had to install a wifi range extender to get the WiFi signal strong enough for keypad to connect. After that setup with the TUYA app was easy and fast. It's been 3 months and works flawlessly.

This is a decent keypad with basic features but the actual numbers do not light up at night so it’s impossible to see what numbers you are pressing in the dark. This is a major problem!

This electric door lock system is nice and easy to install, but you have to buy the whole system to install, what I showed to you just the keypad they call “Access control system”.

I got it to work as basic access but what I really wanted was the app oration to work and no matter what I do I get a timeout error and can’t get app to work very disappointed. If anyone else has this problem and know what to do please contact me.
