This is my first Amazon product review. Sleep is very important. I suffered from several serious sleep disturbances including broken sleep, excessive talking (entire lectures) and violent physical outbursts that put my partner and me (flung myself out of the bed on to the floor, punched the wall, bed, side table) at risk of physical harm. I take 2 capsules of CALMAGAIN at bedtime and the effect has been immediate. I had tried Magnesium and Lion's Mane with some benefit. Melatonin gave me a next day sleepiness hangover. Please if you have sleep disorders don't ignore them. Your physical and mental health is at risk. Poor sleep may be a precursor to neurodegenerative disease. I hope that if you try this remedy you experience a similar level of sleep improvement that i have. Be well.

Wow I have always been jealous of my spouse who can lay down and sleep like she is dead to the world while I am often am a light sleeper getting up to pee several time during the night. I am going thru menopause and have a very hard time sleeping. I started taking this at night about a month ago. I now sleep like I did before I had children. If you know, you know. I have to say though for me it works in about 30 mins. Then I need to be in bed. I only take 2 capsules instead of 3. Three made me a little groggy in the morning. The capsules are a little big so I take one at a time. I highly recommend!

Don't we just love that the FDA does not monitor any kind of supplements? It's interesting how people can claim anything and they don't get caught unless people get it tested third party and then sue them.My whole household tried the supplement along with another and we never felt any kind of difference or any kind of effects. So we bought all of these supplements separately using a no name brand, nature valley, and sure enough we did feel differences like we should have with this.I wholeheartedly believe that these are either a lie, much weaker than they state or poor quality.Either way, this all-in-one does not work like it does if you get each of them individually with a known brand.I just want a refund.
