This was no good. It didn't work at all. We had a friend come help us with it and we found out it wasn't working because it was damaged. By this time it was past the return date. Save your money.

I don’t wanna give this product one star. But it has been a frustrating year. I bought this set up in December 2023 for recording my audiobook for Audible. I can get all of the requirements set except for the floor noise and I continued to look for The reason the floor noise was so loud. I was in a room that had no noise at all I had carpet on the floor. I even had the microphone in a soundproof box and still, the floor noise was analyzed at anywhere between -35 to -49 DB. Finally a friend of mine from church. I was telling him about it and he told me that he got a. Mackie EM-USB EleMent Series USB C Condenser Microphone from Micro Center and he said you could borrow it. Last night after working with it for less than an hour my floor noise was gone and I’m able to record my my book for Audible. If you are a podcast or this set up is great for you. However, if you were trying to use this set up for an audiobook or to record an audiobook, it will not work with Audible. The mixer has too much ambient noise in it, and it will destroy your floor noise. You may be able to find a good USB microphone on Amazon, but do not put it through a mixing board. It does not work when you’re trying to do an audiobook.
