What a wonderful surprise this is going to be. This is such a beautiful necklace for the price. The only thing they could improve on is possibly putting the picture upside down so that the person wearing it can lift it up and view it right side up while they're wearing it absolutely love

I had this created for a dear friend who lost her parents, so she could keep them close to her heart. It turned out so well that if I could give 100 stars I would. With that said I have had many requests to find where I bought it. So thanks you for the happiness and love you put into this product.

When my necklace arrived and I looked through it, I saw what I can only guess to be a piece of fuzz or dark fiber strand stuck inside right over the face of the person in the photo I chose to upload. My guess was something got inside the acrylic (?) when they made the necklace. Looking at how small the photo is, I know the obstruction probably went unnoticed from a distance, but it is VERY obvious and ugly when you look at it closely or project it onto the wall....I'm surpised they let it ship out like that without checking the quality.Amazon customer service (not the seller) already refunded me for the order as these are non-returnable. I will place a new order with a new photo and try again.

Got 4 of my mother since she passed recently, they turned out great. It’s beautiful and so sentimental. If u want someone to always remember a special moment, this is the gift!
