I kept this one out of the four lumbar cushions I ordered. Bought it for my car to support my lower back and hip in new car. It provides a comfortable lumbar support, not hard or soft, just right. Helps me adjust my seat backrest back a bit so I can get a wider angle on my hip joint (was getting groin pain). It helps my upper body be a bit closer to gears and steering wheel as I couldn't reach once I moved my seat back enough to reduce groin pain. I need to state that I have had to place another cushion on my upper back as otherwise my upper back isn't supported at all or I'm leaning back in an annatural curve which just causes upper back pain instead. I think these lumbar supports really need more thickness in the upper back area to be useful and that is why I have taken a star off. But I'm certainly comfortable now and I really though that I had made a big mistake in buying the car and was dreading having to trade it in so quickly and lose money on it. For £20 this cushion is a godsend for me as I was in agony after a 15 minute drive before using this. There is no chemical offgassing with this product so I feel it's not poisoning me. The description says it is a clean product and I'd say that is true (I am sensitive to chemical odours).

After purchasing their excellent wedge seat pad - details in a separate review- I found that my car seat offered no lumbar support, which after a while causes discomfort. So, seeing this lumbar support from the same brand decided to give it a try. It was a little fiddly to fit securely in the best position, however, once this was achieved it made my car seat supremely comfortable, offering the right level of support. After a 2 hour drive I was able to remain comfortably supported. I now get out of the car feeling relaxed and pain free... For me this is a 5 Star product and can't recommend this enough.

This lumbar support is ideal as it fits between the adjustable side bolsters in my car seat and gives the support which i need. Combined with the Ajiteogy cushion it makes driving, especially long distances much more tolerable and gives a planted solid feel to my driving position.

I bought this, not for lumbar support, but to move me fowards so I didn't need to have the driver's seat so far forward in order to reach the pedals, making me too close to the steering wheel & awkward getting in & out of car. I have short legs but many women will know this problem as cars are built for men. Yeay it worked! After a few trials I have been able to move the seat back 3 notches and tilt the back rest forward slightly. It is so noticeably comfortable when I get in the car, so guess I need the lumbar support as well. I am so pleased with this.

My wife and friend suffer from back pain. Put these in the car and drove to the south of France. Both said how comfortable and supportive they were and didn't suffer with the usual back pain. I tried it but found it pushed me a little too far forward in my seat but I do have long legs. Probably could get used to it but don't really need it.

Made an uncomfortable car seat a pleasure to sit in. Might not suit everyone, but I have had zero back issues since fitting this. The only negative is that the cover feels very flimsy, so not sure it will last.

My spinal therapist recommended i get a back support for the car so I bought this, it is good value and has definitely helped. It fits well in the car and was easy to fit
