The wireless signal detector works but is less important than the camera detector which does not work. I placed an active camera in line-of-sight and the signal detector failed to detect the lense. I would have returned the item, but I did not try using it until after the 30-day return period. Buyer be warned!

I hesitate to review this because I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly. (I have watched multiple videos and read many reviews to see if I'm in the wrong here.) If the manufacturer reaches out and corrects me, I'll update my review. Anyway, I travel a LOT and got great relief when I learned this product existed. I was so excited to use it. I really do feel like a detective when using it, which is honestly the best part. I found that it goes off when close to any device powered by electricity (like a lamp or wifi router). Unless all of my hotel rooms are filled with cameras in every device, I don't see it working as intended. That said, I still use it to scope out the room and if anything looks out of place (like a book that's going off), I'll investigate it. Otherwise, I assume the electricity signal (?) is somehow interfering with the device's capabilities.

The seller is trying to bolster the ratings/reviews by combining it with other SKUs to make it look like it's got thousands of 5 star reviews, which it doesn't. They have managed to like it with books, which has to be against some rule with Amazon. Anyway, the thing doesn't work lol. It can't even find cameras or devices in the actual open, let alone hidden. It's funny, actually, that I got suckered into this :) I was doing it for someone, would have been shocked it worked and actually hoping it would. That was a big negative - junk, junk is what this device is.

I had to look up a video to explaining how to use it. It is very sensitive to things like routers and wifi extenders, etc..., so keep that in mind. I will be taking it with me on trips. I will keep it in my suitcase, with its charging cord, to never forget it. I will update here when I try it in a hotel.

It worked great the 2 times I used it. Now it's worthless I could never get it to hold a charge for very long and now it won't charge at all

Seems to pick up a lot of signals for alarms such as fire or security so hard to tell if anything is actually is being tracked/traced/recorded whatever you want to word it as.
