I bought XX X large and it would fit about a 16 to an 18 size American woman. The pattern is less than dynamic. No pants came with them. I returned disappointed.

The size does not fit as expected. The shoulders are very tight. Normally a 3x shirt is loose on me, but knowing Kurtis, I still bought a size bigger (4x) and still had very tight fit in bust and shoulders. Otherwise nice.
