I’ve been using the Boldfit resistance bands for a while now, and they’ve honestly made my home workouts so much better. The build quality is strong, durable, and doesn’t feel like it will snap or lose resistance anytime soon. The bands come with multiple resistance levels, which makes it easy to adjust intensity depending on the exercise. They are lightweight, easy to carry, and perfect for strength training, mobility work, and warm-ups. I’ve also noticed they provide a good grip and don’t roll up during workouts, which is a big plus. Not very reliable, blue strap broke rather quick. Size is adequate. Useful for a lot of lower body and upper body workouts easily and comfortably.
