Inventor Vino Wine Cooler Fridge 49L, Glass Door

The main priority for me when purchasing a wine cooler was to find one that went as cold, if not colder, than a regular fridge (I was not interested in something that was just going to slightly chill drinks - I like my white wine and Champagne extremely cold). On the maximum setting this cooler seems to satisfy my needs and drinks feel nice and cold so in that respect I am more than satisfied. My only issue with it is that it is a little noisier than anticipated (especially as some of the reviewers stated it was very quiet). I was realistic and was not expecting not to hear it at all but it is louder than my regular fridge and I can hear it upstairs (it is located in my dinning room at the bottom of the stairs) which I was not expecting. It is noticeable while I am watching TV but not to the point it bothers me too much. Overall I am happy with it because it fulfils my main criteria I just wish it were a little quieter and then it would be perfect.

Our kitchen fridge is quite large, but put a bottle of wine, soft drinks and water in it, especially in the hot weather we've been experiencing, where everyone in the house is looking for a cool drink and the space is soon used up. This wine cooler turned out to be just the solution. It won't go down to the 4 degrees of our fridge (in cool weather it'll get down to about 4.5 - on a very hot day, about 6), but it does the job and takes the normal size wine bottles on the top, the larger, sparkling in the middle - and cans on the bottom. No more space being lost in our fridge. A perfectly good cooler, can understand why Amazonrate it as a choice product. Should just add - it doesn't come with a thermometer, but a £5 ciip on one works perfectly well.

I bought this unit to replace my Sommeliere wine cooler that had stopped working. It arrived quickly and well-packed and I installed it above the second freezer in my integral garage - where it is working well. The unit is well made but it could do with handle recesses also in the lower sides of the door plus improvements in the wording of the Manual. My main comment is that a buyer should equip him/her self also with a Fridge Thermometer as, without, one cannot check what temperature is inside. I have done this and, experimenting with the control dial inside, have got it working at 8 degrees - and that is ideal for its contents. Nothing much more to say - except I hope that it is still working well in a few years time !

Had this for a week now and its good well made wine cooler/it was a little bit noisy at first but its settled down and any noise we hear when the condenser fires up is minor and lasts only about ten minutes.Delivery was very fast and its good buy/space wise i have it on a counter top and its comparable in size dimensions to a microwave oven apart from height.Yes i know microwaves vary in size but mine is a panasonic 1200watt combi /hope that helps anyone judging its size.

I am pleased with this fridge. Looks good and does the job. Small points to improve the fridge. It really needs a small light as even with the glass front, its extremely dark and a light would set it off nicely. Also, the racks are not wide enough for Prossecco / Champagne bottles. Other than that (small issues), it looks good, sturdy and does the job.
