Not very firm but hold their shape well and are comfortable

Nice pillows, well made and comfortable. However doesn't wash that well, mine went clumpy. Possibly my fault when washing?

I have had trouble with my pillows for years, having to very specifically organise 3 into a kind of pyramid just to avoid neck/shoulder pain. I'd tried several new ones but none ever seemed right for me. I'm a side-sleeper so hoped that maybe that had been the problem all along and, thankfully these pillows seem to be much better! I'm currently only using one of the two, on top of a different pillow, but I haven't had neck or shoulder pain from sleeping since I started using them. They don't feel too firm (which is good for me, as some others I've had have felt like sleeping on a brick which was awful) but are supportive enough to do what they're supposed to. As it's currently winter, it's hard to say if the climate control aspect really adds anything or not, but I haven't had any trouble with getting too hot anyway.

Don’t often write reviews. These pillows are nice, however not at all what I was expecting. Reasonably supportive but not the firm uder-pillow I was wanting it to support my thinner, soft one on top. The pillows are covered in lovely soft fabric and very cosy and puffy but not ‘firm’ in the way I was expecting.

only used these for three days now but find them a touch on the too soft side still, not convinced that they support much tbh. But will persevere for a few more days.

I bought these pillows to replace old one, these said they were support pillows for side sleepers with cooling. They are definitely the worst pillows I’ve ever had, as soon as you touch them they go flat totally, there’s no support, no bounce nothing just flat. Ended up in the bin and I had to go get some other pillows. Do not waste your money on these pillows.

Great pillows, good quality. Comfortable to sleep on and definitely cooler

Not sure about these pillows. They don't feel any different than ordinary pillows except they seem to be very hard in the middle.
