Once I got used to the taste I really like this. I noticed that my sleep seemed to be better after about 6 weeks. I stopped taking for a while as I had a health worry but it turned out that this product had nothing to do with it. My sleep wasn’t great in the intervening period. I still wake during the night sometimes but I go back to sleep more often.
