My neck pain was drastically reduced after the first night and continues to improve each night!! I reallydidn't hold much hope that it would do any good. I've tried a lot of pillows and was shocked that this one works so well. Wish I had tried it sooner. I'm traveling soon for a 5-day trip and it will be the most important thing I pack!

Highly disappointed in this lumpy, lopsided cracker thin pillow. The odd shape doesn't fill a pillowcase edge to edge and looks like you put the wrong size pillowcase on it, looks hideous. The memory foam is good quality, I'll give you that. Design is a major fail! While there is great support for the neck (in one spot), it should be on each side, so that the pillow can be flipped around from time to time. Designing this pillow with only one placement possibility means it won't last if the same pressure point is consistently used. That's works out for the company if the consumer has to replace the pillow more frequently, certainly not a good selling point for the customer. In addition, If you read in bed every night, you'll have to do that somewhere else because propping this up will not elevate you enough to do so. Not worth the money IMO. Better off using dense foam for pressure points and sparse foam elsewhere to make this appear like a normal pillow when not in use. I will add photos when I have the opportunity to do so.

Great idea but misses the mark with comfort. I bought for snoring and also several cervical herniated discs. Unfortunately the pillow is too firm to be comfortable and made my neck hurt much worse. The concept is great it’s just too hard in my opinion. Doesn’t matter if it’s a few hours of sleep or an entire night, same issue with neck pain worsening. Gets better with a different pillow. They should make a slightly softer model.

Smaller than anticipated but seems to fit well around my neck to keep me from snoring.

Most of these pillows do not perform as advertised, I know this. However, this derila pillow does! My neck and head are perfectly cradled while I sleep on my back (most of the night) and the little bump on either side of the neck area is perfect for supporting my head during side sleeping (probably 20% of the night for me). I would definitely recommend this pillow for a comfortable restful sleep.

High Quality and materials. Nice little neck slot. Very uncomfortable however and unable to go to sleep at all with this due to its firmness and its small design. Advertised as a King but it is smaller than standard pillow size. I hoped it would have worked for snoring cessation as indicated. Might work for you but I couldn’t get close to sleeping with it. Might make a good seat cushion.

This pillow seems to give a lot of support to my neck. I have 3 pillows in all 3 houses!!

This is pretty commercial. Unfortunately I ordered the 2 pack. These pillows “standard” size are so small they get lost in a pillow case. They are so small that you would think they were for a very small child. Nothing about these pillows seem like they are meant for an adult. Definitely not work the $95 I spent. Very disappointed.
