Our honey is raw, harvested in Greece (Blossom for Serres and Thyme from Lefkada island) There is a slight filtration by the beekeeper only to remove some impurities, including fine particles from the surrounding environment or hive, pollen grains and bubbles of air. Is this pure 100% thyme Honey unprocessed or witout heating process.
