Electric makes it easier.
Wow so cool and works with my other craftsman gadgets batteries I already had. Normal battery life. Not too heavy to use either. Works great no drip steady stream. Filled a half inch gap in shower with silicone smoothly no fuss

Worth the money over a manual caulk gun
This battery-powered caulk gun paid for itself after a single use by saving me from hand and forearm pain that comes inevitably with using a traditional caulk gun. It was easy to use, much faster than the manual alternative, and works with a standard 20V Craftsman battery (not included). The build seems durable as well, I expect it to last.

Master Electrician Approved – A Fantastic, Reliable Tool
As a master electrician, I depend on tools that are efficient, reliable, and built for real jobsite demands. The CRAFTSMAN V20 Cordless Caulk Gun (CMCE600B) checks all the boxes—it’s a fantastic product that delivers professional results without the hassle. The variable speed trigger gives me full control over the flow, which is essential when sealing electrical boxes, conduit runs, or weatherproofing panels. The anti-drip feature works exactly as advertised—no mess, no waste, and no cleanup headaches. That alone puts it ahead of most manual guns I’ve used over the years. The cordless design is a major plus. Not having to wrestle with cords means I can work more efficiently, especially on ladders or in tight spaces. The tool is well-balanced, comfortable to hold, and compatible with my existing V20 battery platform. This caulk gun handles all types of sealants and adhesives with ease, even the thicker stuff. For any tradesperson—especially electricians doing service work, installs, or weatherproofing—this is a smart addition to your toolbox.Highly recommended. CRAFTSMAN nailed it with this one.

$50? I shoulda bought one sooner!
Works great, I wouldn't pull it out for most jobs but I broke a hand pump caulking gun while replacing a windshield (polyurethane is extremely thick) this did the job with no issue. I run it with a DeWalt battery adapter ($15), you can't beat that price to preformance especially compared to the cost of DeWalt and Milwaukee. Also this is truly the only gun I've used that has no dripThe only silly thing is the speed dial ramps up fast, there is a HUGE difference between 1.5 and 2 but that also might just be the nature of what I run through it (polyurethane and fire block)

I like it, I think
I had a very non-traditional purpose for this thing, namely, entombing bees that decided to get up in my siding. It worked, sayonara bees. As far as how it operates, it's dead simple. I didn't have to read the manual. The one annoyance is the caulk tubes roll around, at least the DAP Dynaflex 230 tubes do. I admit I'm not a pro, but I was hoping the tube wouldn't roll around like it does after it's under the plunger pressure. I'm going to get all Sanford on it and wrap a piece of duct tape next time. I agree with other people that most don't need this tool. Quite frankly, I didn't, but it's pretty cool to use. Who knows, maybe I'll have a big project someday. I had to buy a B&D 20v battery adapter to use this thing, since I'm not in the Craftsman ecosystem. I mostly have Ryobi 18v. Even with the adapter, this was the cheapest cordless caulking gun I could find. I'm done buying no-name tools with batteries and chargers, and like I said, I did have some B&D 20v batteries lying around.
