My 7 year old soon to be 8 is super excited with this book, it is a great way to put in someone else’s words, what we have been cultivating in him with different words, he is excited with every chapter, we discuss, we read sometimes together and we land with examples of real situations when he was not able to solve a situation. Emotional intelligence is important for us, and will be a great gift for him to have and be a more conscious and grounded kid.
