I’ve been using this CPAP machine for around 6 weeks, and the difference is incredible. Before, my sleep apnea was severe (AHI over 40), and I constantly woke up feeling exhausted. Now my AHI is consistently around 1–3, with much better breathing stability (SNI climbing into the excellent range). I wake up more refreshed, my energy during the day has improved massively, and I’ve noticed better performance both in the gym and in “other” areas of life 😉. The machine itself is excellent — quiet, compact, and easy to travel with. The built-in humidifier makes a big difference for comfort (no dry mouth or sore throat), and the on-screen data each morning is simple but motivating. Setting it up and learning the maintenance routine was straightforward, and I’ve even been logging my nightly performance and fine-tuning with some extra help (thanks, ChatGPT). This machine has honestly transformed my quality of life — I am literally repairing the years of damage each night. If you’re hesitating, don’t!

Excellent unit, helps me fall asleep instantly. Wake feeling refreshed

My partner has mild sleep apnea and very loud snoring so saw this and thought brilliant, really cheap machine, IT DID NOT WORK!!! After emailing 4 times for help and getting one short answer it still does not work, do not waste your money.

Works well and is easy to operate, but is quite noisy and hard to fall asleep in with.

Tried it for the first time last night. I only had it on a few hours as it’s going to take a little while to get used to it. It is very quiet, like white noise in the background. It’s just that having something on you face and air blowing in your nose, it’s a bit strange at the beginning! If you take a look at the image I posted, take a wild guess as to when I was wearing it! I never snored myself awake in that time, or mentally woke up and then had to panic to wake my body up because I’d stopped breathing, and then wait until exhaustion overtook the panic and forced me back to sleep. I only took it off because my cat woke me up and the back of my throat felt dry, so I need to work on getting the humidity setting right. I’ve tried every gadget to stop me snoring or suffocating, I was reluctant to pay out so much for a machine I didn’t know would work, but I’m glad I did. Even with just having those few hours peaceful sleep I feel so much more energised this morning instead of groggy and not wanting to get up! I’ll up the humidity setting tonight and give it another go. It’s such a relief to know that there is something that is actually going to help instead of having to get stuck in a loop with a GP “You need to lose weight”, “But this still happens when I’m a few stone lighter?”, “Then lose more weight.”, “The only way to drop even more weight from what I was would be to stave myself.” (I know because I was trying and heading towards an eating disorder) “Oh well, crack on”. No thanks! I’ll stick with this machine instead!

What a game changer. My sleep has improved 100% Tried one from the hospital a few years ago, but honestly can say that this one seems much better

Suffered from sleep apnea for years. Finally decided to bite the bullet and buy the machine. Assembly was very easy, everything in manual explained properly. Was afraid it won't feel "natural" during sleep, but getting used to it went rather fast, and finally after so many years I was able to sleep on my back throughout the whole night without snoring. Brilliant machine, can't imagine sleeping without it now.
