Great product easily digestible

I have MCAS / mast cell activation syndrome. This helps decrease the release of histamine from high histamine foods.

This really works if you have food related allergies if taken before meals.

I definitely have a heightened histamine response but this didn't seem to help. I'm not knocking it, not everything works for everybody, so I may try it again in month, just because I hate to drop that much money on something only for a half-full bottle to sit on a shelf.
