We used it to fry alligator, hushpuppies and funnel cakes. It worked as advertised. Very pleased. Easy to use.

We used for the first time at our camp site for a fish fry and my husband loved it. It holds about 2 quarts of oil for frying and the baskets are perfectly sized for a generous portion. In no time, he had 2 batches of fish, hush puppies and french fries ready to feed our friends. It's not very high from the ground, but this helps greatly in the stability and preventing injury or tip overs. The baskets and oil pan were easy to clean with soap and water and didn't require scrubbing or bear any stains.

I've only used this once for about 4 hours straight to make chicken wings. It did the job well and is much easier to use and clean than electric fryers. I do wish that the silicone sleeves that go over the handles were easier to remove so that they can be cleaned properly, but at this price you really can't complain much. I am considering getting a second one dedicated to French fries.

This was a marked down used item. A couple of scratches would have been ok, but it was missing the mounting holes for the handle!

this is the perfect size for all your party needs...Wings great, Fish Fry great, home made French Fries great. The only Draw back is there is no lid so you do need to empty the oil after every use once it cools but clean up was super easy. Just wish they would retro fit and sell a lid so you could store and use the oil for like a week with out having to empty it every time.
