Let me start off, it’s taken me a long time to find a pillow that works for me after my old gel pillow starting leaking. This pillow is the closest I got to an identical replacement. I got a hands on look of it at a local box Store but was out of stock and had a 5 day delivery time. Amazon was next day delivery.The pillow is great. Perfect thickness for my comfort. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep. Being a side sleeper it fits great. The cooling gel keeps my head cool at night.My daughter likes to use it as a sitting pad in the floor and the foam always got back to its normal position.Matched with a good Amazon pillowcase i think going to last me a long time.

I bought this to replace a pillow I had that isn’t sold anymore. At first, I was unsure but over a few nights I came to love this pillow. It is very cooling and I stay cold so I placed a pillow case on it which does slide around.

I am giving this pillow 5 stars, though it did not work for me. I think it will be an excellent find for some who are looking for the qualities this pillow has. First of all, it is excellent quality. It does have a factory smell that I believe will dissipate after a couple days. It is definitely a firm. Like very firm. I am shocked to see people saying this is not a firm pillow. I have been looking for a firm pillow. I have tried 5 so far. They have all been too soft. Then comes this one and somehow it's too hard. I was so bummed. It's also very tall and because it is firm, I didn't sink in far enough into it and it made my neck hurt. I think it'll be awesome for someone else though. I envy that person because this is a great pillow. One thing I want to point out is that in the images for the pillow, it states it is 6 inches. In the product description it says 5 inches. It is in fact 6 inches. I was glad for this at first thinking I maybe wouldn't sink to the bottom. Instead it ended up being too tall.Overall this is a very quality pillow. Firm and supportive. I hope this helps someone in the pillow buying crisis like myself.

Not quite 5 stars but overall a nice pillow. Will definitely be saving money to get a better pillow. Why- it’s very firm. I like my feel like a cloud.

The pillow was way too high/thick to sleep on comfortably and it is very firm, so doesn't really compress. I tried it for three nights and ended up with a very sore neck. My husband also tried it and he said the same thing. It does stay very cool, so that's one plus I guess.

I am impressed! I have been struggling with neck pain for 3 years and had finally resigned my self that I was going to have to go see about getting injections or something! I decided first I was going to buy a new pillow. I did a lot of research and decided to give this one a try! I have been sleeping on this pillow for two nights and I am amazed. I wake up feeling rested and not with terrible neck pain. Love this pillow!!!

This pillow has great support. I'm a bigger dude with broad shoulders and I'm a side sleeper. I have tried 5 other expensive pillows and they all went flat and provided no support. This pillow is kinda firm when I first lay my head on it, but it does soften up after a few minutes. I need the loft and support that this pillow provides being a bigger guy and side sleeper. Plus, I haven't experienced any neck pain using this pillow. It's a keeper!

I tend to like pillows somewhere in the middle of the soft/firm range, and unfortunately, this pillow was too firm for my liking. I also didn't notice the cooling effect, the pillow seemed just as warm as any other foam pillow I've ever tried. The quality of the materials seemed very good, and the pillow came in perfect condition thanks to good packaging.
