I love this product and the pricing is in the same price range as other powders. It has no smell or taste which is what I wanted. It easily mixes into almond milk using my small BlendJet. No lumps, no aftertaste or unusual texture and it gets some nice foam. I wanted to add my own flavoring, cacao and micro-coffee powder. Also can add in fiber powder if you want. With no added sweetener the above mix is a great breakfast both as a drink or sometimes I add it to a bowl of oatmeal, berries etc. it says made in the USA- but it does not say anything about the origin of the eggs (yes I know origin from chickens-lol)

I got this for a recipe for a keto bread which called for dried egg whites and indicated that I needed to create peaks for the recipe. I never achieved that. I'll try again to make sure it wasn't my technique that kept me from creating the whipped peaks. Either way, the receipt still tasted good, it just wasn't as fluffy as it should have for this reason.

I knew it existed but I didn't know how it was going to help the lemon cake I've been making since I was 10 years old. A lemon cake. So delicious! You can eat it twice. This product was definitely not 100% egg whites. In my opinion it tasted sweet and it would not mix and make an egg white omelette, which is what I was trying to do with it and there are other brands that are more expensive. I should’ve listened to the reviews and those worked great and this one did not mix up and again the sweet taste was very bizarre. Never had an egg white taste like that, and it was very runny and watery And would not perform like 100% egg whites and would not buy this again.

This is a good starter pack for those who are doing the carnivore diet to try out. Still it is expensive. Need to come down on the prices. People trying to lose weight shouldn't have to suffer high prices. Aren't the doctor bills enough.
