I have purchased this product and have noticed that the cam buckle does not effectively secure the strap, which is concerning. This issue has been reported by other reviewers who received the product at no cost. It is disappointing that my experience as a paying customer doesn't with their findings.

The Nordic curl looks good, but I only weigh 175lbs. When in position to use it, the strap slips, and the tension to hold my feet against the door is gone. The strap is routed correctly, it's just thin and slick. The buckle doesn't have enough springs power and grip to hold the strap.

I can only do Nordic Curls on the negative (I can slow myself down when lowering to the start position, and then have to push myself up with my hands to repeat). However, the negatives of most exercises build the most strength so I am optimistic I will get there.I have solid oak doors in my house but will only use this on doors where I am on the side that I will be pulling the door into the whole frame, rather on the side that opens towards me meaning I will be relying on the small catch to keep the door secured. I personally would not use this on a hollow core door as I you would be pulling all the weight in the middle of the door with the short support.CONCLUSION: Good, simple easy to use device. This is the second of this type of device I have and this is the better one for a couple of reasons. The tube in this one where you put your feet is metal and the bit that goes under your door has foam around it so it is more gentle on your door. The media could not be loaded.  I just receieved this and will be returning it. First off the pictures are deceiving, there is a physical break in the attachments that make this incredibly risky to use. I will not be using it, because I don’t want to get injured. Please see video explanation.

In my experience, this nordic curl has a flawed design that prevents it from being used as intended. I'm very good with mechanics and am pretty knowledgeable about exercise devices. The issue with this device is the clamp is so inferior that it cannot keep hold of the strap. The clamp doesn't have sharp or long teeth and cannot hold the fairly slippery nylon strap during actual use.Of course one can double loop the strap but that too is not held by the clamp during use. There's nothing I can do to make the clamp hold the strap during use with the parts provided. Further, the strap is short and therefore it's not possible to use a triple loop or to tie it somehow.In my opinion, this Nordic curl strap isn't worth it and is too flawed to recommend. The product photos look great but the item doesn't work as intended based on my experience.

The strap does not hold so it is useless. It would be a great product if it did. Good quality overall. But again, totally worthless because of the design of the teeth. They do not grip the strap so it slips. I almost fell on my face.

Adjustments don't hold. The strap clasp is garbage! I can easily make the straps slip with my hands. There is no way this could work with body weight applied.

The media could not be loaded.  Sending this back my friend and I tried in every way possible to get this to clamp but it’s slid right off! Not safe to use or functional. Need to look into a different vendor that has a safeguard so the strap does not come undone

I bought this for nordic curls. The item looks very good quality, but unfortunately the strap slips under load, just by pulling with my hands. I gave it a try but the same, the strap gets loose very easily. I think the strap is too smooth for the lock. I am returning it.

Save yourself some time and don't buy this one. The strap always slips no matter how you feed it through.Update: I did find a way to loop the belt a second time to prevent slipping, but the product still deserves a 1, since it does not function as it should.
