Love this faucet!

This product has left me embarrassed at times because I have gotten so used to it, that I find myself tapping on regular faucets like a dork. lol. This faucet was very easy to install. The color-coded water temp indicator is convenient and allows you to avoid standing there checking the water for temp constantly. It has an auto-off feature so you don't run the water too long or accidentally walk away and it continued to waste water. It isn't a brand-name, but it is a great product!

I’ve emailed customer service over issues with a faucet that was purchased. VIDEC responded within 24 hours answering questions, supplying parts and when necessary, sending replacement products. I am absolutely obsessed with this gorgeous faucet. It added that perfect touch, lol, in my kitchen. Never realized how much difference it makes to be able to touch any part of the faucet and clean my hands. Definitely comes in handy when cooking.

have had this faucet less than a year and it stopped working, I have replaced the batteries and still doesn't work. way too much money for something to last 1 year

Disappointed. I wanted a touch without use of batteries. Some faucets offer the electric plug in. When asked if this used batteries, the Amazon Rufus said no. Once I received the product it required batteries. I thought they sent me the wrong one. I asked the seller and they said it does need batteries. Now the plumber installed and I am stuck with a product I don't want.

Well, I thought this was going to be an outstanding product. It worked out fine until it didn't. The touch feature works intermittently. Either I can't start the water flow, or I can't stop it. The only way to start or stop is kneeling under the sink and shaking the red wire. This is no solution. I've since disconnected the sensor and used it as a regular faucet. Very disappointed.UPDATE 12/20/23. The company worked with me to resolve the issue. First many troubleshooting steps to no avail so they sent me a new faucet. I’m pleased with their commitment to customer satisfaction.
