Better than price

C pin stopped working within a month. Contacted Ambrane customer and they asked to me send photos, bill and a video. Post that they ask me to courier the product to thier company which sounded unreasonable. Courier charges were more than the product. Tried to explain but they dint bother hence disposed the product.

It does what it says. I deducted one star only because of 2 reasons. One, I wish it were very slightly longer, the length is a bit less for me. It does not reach from the side table to my partner, just me when I sleep near the table. Even if I face in the opposite direction, (with back facing the charger) the cable falls short. And two, the type C to Lightening connector has an issue over time. I have 3 of these chords, and 2 of them have developed that issue after some months of use. Still, a decent product in my opinion, saves the hassle of carrying 2 chords. Very easy to use. Go for it.
