Researched it, asked questions, was given the right answers. Bought it, updated it. The unit will not do what I was told it would do.Clicked return on order overview and amazon says "This item isn't eligible for return"Found the problem, fixed the problem, hooked up scanner to clear code and it failed. Had to take to dealer to clear the code.Working on 2019 International Prostar with ISX cummins.Spent hours trying to make it work. Will read codes, usually. But cannot clear them. That is the one single purpose for buying this unit.Did not test the forced regen function.

Bought to read fault codes on my 2017 Caterpillar skid steer. Could not get it to do much of anything. Some of the prompts that come up had misspelled words so I wonder how much attention was give to debugging. Talked to manufacturer and they were helpful, but not able to get working. Also, this was the first item I've ever bought on amazon that is not returnable. That in itself is a reason not to purchase.

does not work on mack or Volvo at all

Unit I got didn't function it wouldn't connect to any vehicle and just clicked. The return process left a lot to be desired, hopefully I get my money back.

Delete codes and forces regen on my isx 15. Saved $700 on tow bill within the first week.

Can't beat this tool for the price, it has done everything I could ask for.

Didn't do the Regen and when return it they cut $20 of the refund

I wanted this unit to do forced DFP regens. Does not work, screen freezes up. Emailed the manufacture with no response. Sending it back to the Amazon seller for a refund, I hope?

read fault code, not erasing fault code.... Technical support did not call back. I do not recommend this product.
