Great For Dell Small Form Factor Desktops
I have this card in an older Dell 3647 SFF desktop (2015 model 240 Watt Power Supply and PCIe 2.0) with an i7-4790S CPU, 16 GB DDR3 1600 RAM, Samsung 1TB 870 EVO SATA SSD and a Gigabyte G27QC A Monitor. The RX 6400 card with this system is on average about 35 percent slower than the i7-4790S using MSI Afterburner percent GPU usage vs CPU usage with some variation between games. While the card is the bottleneck it has no problem playing older games at max settings and even some newer games at somewhat lower settings and all the games are very playable and look good. I rarely play new AAA games on this system and the game settings have to be turned down to low and the Adrenalin App set to performance mode which turns off a lot of the visual effects. While the ones I have tried, like Halo Infinite, are playable, the card is not the best choice for those but it does work. Using the Adrenalin App it is very easy to adjust the video settings for each individual game. For a SFF computer needing a low profile and low power video card, this one is very hard to beat. I highly recommend it and I have had zero issues of any kind on my system.

Expensive for what it is, but it did fit in a low-profile case.
I have a Dell OptiPlex 5090 Small Form Factor computer at work. I started doing some photo and video editing and it was just not going well. I had an extremely challenging time finding a graphics card that would fit in this tiny case that also didn't need any extra power input. I also didn't have the money for the Nvidia A2000 either. So, to compromise, I purchased the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX6400. The card was simple to install and fit perfectly in the Dell OptiPlex case. So far, no issues and my computer hasn't choked when editing photos yet. I'm not gaming on the computer (because it is a work computer) but so far this card is meeting my needs. As a side note, the card did come with the low-profile bracket installed, but included the full size ATX bracket in the packaging. I gave it four stars because I feel the price is a little high for this level of card. You are paying for low-profile compatability.
