I bought this diffuser to use in the car to use oils to calm our older furbaby. I used the provided inserts and just screwed in two different scents I had, it was super easy. It charges quickly and easily using a USB-C, which is the same as our phones, making it handy on the road. I have a nice spot to nestle this on trips, turn it on 8 hours and the frequency/duration I like, and off it goes. It works very well and our dog actually is much more settled during long trips. It is a bit heavy and fairly large, but I would absolutely buy this again.Update> My mom used this on a cruise to alternate dizzy-prevention and sleep-inducing oils. I charged it at the beginning of the 11-night cruise and she ran it every night and never had to charge it again. It was easy for her to operate and worked great.

I chose this diffuser because it was waterless and because it holds 2 bottles of essential oils. One can get tired of a scent and change that up with a lil button press. I can also switch between oils used medicinally and one used pleasantly if need be. I like that it has a nice weight and is sturdy, and that no oil will spill if accidentally tipped over. The battery has a long life- depending on the timer setting one uses; which is also a fantastic feature. 👍🏾👍🏾

The worst…. What a waste of time and effort!First- instructions are impossible to read. The print is SO small that they can’t possibly be read. Seriously- it’s insane. They are microscopic. But- Pretty sure this is intentional- read on.We even tried to use magnifying glass- but still couldn’t read the instructions. Not just us- our15 year old couldn’t make it out and he has absolutely perfect eyesight.Again- this seems to be on purpose and by design. It seems what they really want is for you to download their “app” to set up and operate this device. What??!!?? For a scent diffuser? This seems absurd- but I really wanted to use this- and either instructions or the app are definitely required to operate this.This device is not at all “intuitive” nor is it a device that can easily be figured out by trial and error. And- while the seller states that the device can be operated manually- which I take to mean without their app- the writing on the device is just as impossible to read as on the written instructions. So-initially I thought I’d just go ahead and download the stupid app because I was super excited for my home to be engulfed with a scent reminiscent of a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons.However, when beginning the process of downloading the app-we discovered several VERY disturbing disclosures. This app requires full access to all of your phone or device information AND requires sharing / tracking of your physical location -amongst other things. WHAT??!!?? Are they crazy??!!?? It’s a fragrance diffuser!I can’t imagine any legitimate purpose a fragrance device manufacturer would have for requiring physical tracking / location info of their US customers- nor do they have any legitimate need for the personal info on my device. Super disappointed as I really wanted to love this- but I’ll get over it.Maybe other reviewers have no issue with allowing a Chinese junk manufacturer having all their personal info and the ability to track their physical location- but I actually do.So- this goes back immediately. Then, they can take their diffuser -and their app -and shove both very high up into a dark body orifice.And just to demonstrate how helpful we Americans can be- I will gladly provide them with legible instructions on how to accomplish this if they’d like- but I have no interest in tracking it once it’s there.
