Hello! Thank you for your inquiry! It sounds like you have the MF27W. The stand is nearly identical but we haven't tested this one with our stand before. It might work but we cannot confirm that as HP has changed their measurement with some of their monitor stands by mere millimeters and it throws off the whole adapter. The only adapter we know for sure works for this is the MOUNT-UVM01. VIVO Customer Support
