Does this have 2 zip openings top & bottom?

It's a while since my son had this. If I remember rightly, no. It has one zip which zips from top to bottom only. It was a really nice onesie and my son enjoyed it for many years until he got too tall.

Iam 6ft 4 iam 19 stone what size would somebody recommend

Extra large. My son is 6’ 1” and I got him a large, but he is about 11 stone.

Is there a size guide for this product?

Yes there is . I made the mistake of buying a xl i didnt realise i needed a 2xl . They are comfy and worth the money .
