Seems to be a good product made in uk seal under cap , be aware there very big tablets if you have problems with size i cut them in half makes it easier to swallow . A good source of extra vitamins my chemist recommended i take 2 a day .I do recommend these

My nails stopped growing for about a year. I had every test and my Iron, folate, Vit D are all ok. I am Celiac and knew I was deficient in some obscure vitamin. 1 month on these and my nails are growing super fast, hair is stronger and fast growing. I have been on them for 6 months and they work.

I have no way of assessing the vitamin and mineral content of these tablets. Like all suopliments you are taking their word for it. I have no reason to suspect they are anything but accurate.The tablets themselves are massive, and taste awful. Releasing that taste nearly instantly. I suspect many will find these hard to swallow.Otherwise, fine.

I heard people say these tablets are hard to swallow but if you use an aired drink and not a cold drink the tablets go down much easier

Brilliant been taking 4 weeks now and what a difference definitely recommend

I went for this one as it was labelled 'easy to swallow', but it really isn't - it's too large. I end up having to break them in two, and sometimes have to crunch them down.Three stars as a good set of vitamins included, but if easy to swallow is a priority I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
