Super Light Gel - 100ml/3.38fl.oz

As a 50-yr-old woman with aging dry skin, I have used a LOT of different moisturizers over the years. I am picky - I won't tolerate greasy or sticky ones, I don't like strongly-scented ones, and if it won't absorb into my skin quickly and completely I will toss it and try something else. I have used very high priced ones, and very low priced ones, and most of the big national brands at one point or another. In recent years, I fell in love with the water gel type, and used to buy the Neutrogena one until I found this one. For whatever reason, Pond's does not sell this particular product in the U.S. I can't really understand why, it is a fantastic product, but they don't. And thankfully, I can get it from Amazon. So I buy 3 or 4 at a time, and will continue to do so. The product is a very good moisturizer that will sink into your skin pretty quickly - rub it in - and will keep you moisturized all day. I use it under makeup in the mornings, and then again before bed at night on its own. It does have a very light scent, but nothing chemically or overpowering. Smells clean. It does not get sticky or greasy, and I rub it into my face and neck without any trouble getting it to soak in. It's not a miracle cure - I still have my lines and tiny wrinkles around my eyes, but nothing you can buy for less than $10 a jar is ever going to help with those. In my younger years I was prone to breakouts, and even now I can still get a breakout on my face if something annoys my skin. This product does not.

Randomly came across this while looking at Ponds products and bought it almost immediately due to it being a light gel moisturizer, which I prefer to a cream type. I have oily skin and gels seem to just work better with my skin type. I keep mine in my beauty fridge for an extra cooling sensation, which feels particularly refreshing in the morning. But I haven't noticed a huge difference when using it over any other light moisturizer I've used.

A nice dupe for Laneige sleeping mask. My favorite thing is that it makes my skin look glowy and bouncy. Only using moisturizer leaves my skin looking dull. I do not use it directly on my face because I find hyaluronic acid too drying, instead I put it over moisturizer to hold in the hydration (the purpose of the Laneige mask) at night or when I am going out and want dewy looking skin. It might be good alone for oily skin but not for dry skin.

I'm 45 with combo skin, and I love this formula. It provides a perfect light quenching that leaves my skin feeling smooth & supple. It's amazing under makeup, no primer needed. It reminds me very much of the Neutrogena Hydro Boost. It also smells nice, fresh & light, and a little goes a long way. I'll definitely repurchase.

The only moisturizer that doesn’t cause breakouts to my very acne-prone skin. I order it every few months. I’ve tried so many expensive moisturizers and my skin hated them. This is by far the best I’ve found. Makes my skin feel super hydrated with zero greasiness. Amazing product for the price.

Not at all what I expected, the older ponds does a better job, the aveno oat gel moisturizer is a game changer as well.

Perfect for oily skin! My skin is very oily and break out prone. Does not clog my pores at all and leaves my skin super hydrated and soft. I use this as my night cream. I’ve used it in the day time too when my skin needs a bit more hydration in the colder months. A little goes a long way and it has a lovely cooling effect on my skin. Such a great price for the quality of this cream!
