My dermatologist recommended this because I had a persistent sore (like a bed sore) on the top of my butt crack that would not heal due to the pressure on it while seated. This donut pillow has kept that part of my bottom completely out of contact with whatever chair, sofa, or car seat I'm on. It alliws the prescribed ointment to work its magic and heal the sore. The pilliw is extremely comfortable to sit on and the 4+ inch thick memory foam returns to its original form and shape after each use. My tush is finally on the road to recovery!. Sturdy well made product that does what it's intended to do.

Folds up to bring as a carry on. This is amazing for flying. I cannot imagine not having it now. I often fly 12 plus hours and even for short flights its such a big difference. I highly recommend. It's a bit larger than I expected, but I am able to fold it tightly and bring it in my carry on

This one turned out much better than I expected. My coccyx is always tender, and I use a painkilling creme to ease my pain. With other cushions my tailbone was still touching the pad and pressure on that point did not go away. Strangely enough, a plain elongated toilet seat does not cause any pain, because the tailbone is left free. Future cushion designer should look at this to improve their product.

Was bought as a gift for a mail carrier and she told me it was the best thing ever she said her a** 😂😂 never hurts it very comfortable and cooling she said it was worth the money for sure

I use this cushion on my gaming chair to make it comfortable. Without the cushion, I'd stand up from the chair with tailbone pain really bad. The cushion is hefty and does its job. I usually don't have much pain from sitting anymore. I'm glad i chose this brand, it's obviously good quality.

Thick but very plush. There's no firmness at all. I ended up giving it to my kid for his computer chair. I tried it going to work in a car and it does lift you up a tad bit and you loose clearance if your steering wheel is low. I honestly didnt think this cushion would have made a difference, as again, its too soft. I'll probably look for maybe a gel or memory foam one next time.

Best cushion for tailbone pain! 25 years ago, I fractured my tailbone and for many years it gave me no problems. But for the last five or so years, I’ve been experiencing extreme tailbone pain, especially in long road trips or the dreaded excessively long meetings lol. This cushion allows for zero pressure on the tailbone and for me 100% pain relief I’m not talking about a bit of discomfort either. Extreme pain like the day I fell. I keep one in my car and have had it for about 2 years. The memory foam still feels like new. I will say, during cold weather it will be hard as a rock but body temp will soften it within 5 mins.

Comfortable and helps one to sit properly. The curvature at the back and at the sides is just right. This is not a flat pillow. I continue to use the pillow after the need for protecting "tailbone" passed.
