So good as far,I love my new pillow, it's still puffy. I have no neck problems since then.

They sure are. They look very thick, and they keep that shape when you aren't lying on them.

Q: How do you wash your pillows? Do you usually use cold water or hot water to wash them?

Recommended to wash the pillow as normal, cold water and dry on a low heat, it isn't seem to be there is any problem after that.

Q: Are these pillows warm/hot on the face? Is it really as supportive and confortable as a hotel quality？

I didn't find them to be warm/hot.It is indeed of hotel quality as the brand said. supportive and does not feel flat or too soft. Recommend!
