Very nice quality. If you want to install this with the longest drop from the ceiling you do need to supply your own electrical wire inside the light which seems unusual.

It looks very nice and the gold is champagne gold finish, soft and elegant. Love it!

We were looking for two fans for our garage. The garage is temperature controlled with some exposure to temperatures when the garage door is opened.I wanted a sleek and simple design for a garage, but also something that looked nice as we transform this space into a party room occassionally.The fans installed wuth relative ease according to teh electrician. They look nice. They work well and operate as expected and are quiet while in operation.My two biggest gripes are 1 - the light covers fall off both fans on a regular basis. This should not happen. It should be designed to stay in place. I thought it was installed incorrectly but after a few attempts to restore I decided to leave them off for now. I am not handy, but I need to find a solution to keep them in place. This is not enough to filly deter me from recommending them but its a watch out for sure.My second concern is there doesn't seem to be sound instruction and I either haven't fiugred out or there is not a way to set your light preferences. Super cool that there is a warm and cool option, but I was hoping to set it and forget it. Its more of a set it, then reset it how you want every time you turn it on.I do like these fans despite these concerns - they have something called "forever lights" which means you do not have to continuously change bulbs. They literally last forever. Also, the design is condusive to outdoors.My indoor fans were from a big box manufacturer and have a bowl design with lights on the inside. Unfortunately these require both light bulb changes and regular cleaning as bugs crawl inside the bowl design and proceed to cross teh rainbow bridge. Its gross.So if given the choice, I would still choose these fans but be aware that they are not without flaws.

Great product with quality materials but the big reason for 5 stars was the customer service I received when the unit's controller did not work. After the installation, I heard a "Pop" when I turned it on. The troubleshooting guide said it was a short (either due to the installation or with the controller). I sent them an email and the next day they replied and expedited a new controller. I was wondering if the problem was me so I send another message to them to ask what were the general causes of the short and within a day they replied with a number of things to look at. Their Customer Service is on the ball.

We bought this fan for our son’s room and it has been a great addition. It is sleek and beautiful and gives off a great breeze. It has 6 settings for the fan speed and two different light settings. You can have both the light and the fan on or just the light or just the fan. It also has a timer setting. The remote is easy to use and comes with a holder to mount on the wall. The blades are sturdy and the fixture is nice. It’s also quiet and secures flush to the ceiling. No rocking. Great purchase! Highly recommend! We plan to buy another for our daughter’s room!

UPDATE: I am revising my review based on the excellent customer service I received from this company. I previously had an issue and they reached out to me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. These fans are nice - they run on a DC motor so they are very quiet and also reversible.Here are a few things may help you with installation: 1) the LED array is held by magnets, so no screws involved 2) once you thread the wires through the top, don’t connect the wires, hang the fan from the bracket before you connect the wires 3) tuck the electronic receiver module into the ceiling bracket above the 1/2 ball that rests in the bracket 4) connect the wires after you tuck the receiver module in the bracket 5) in the USA, the white wire coming out of your wall is neutral and the black wire is the “line” or hot. Match those up to the labels on the wires that are stripped coming out of the fan. Connect the ground. The rest of the wires connect simply to the matching color.NOTE: a lot of reviews say they can’t get the light to remember the last setting. If you use the “all off” button instead of “light on/off” button it will remember. One other thing I noticed - if you have a power outage the light will be on after the power comes back on, so you’ll have to check it if you have your fan installed in an out of the way location.

The good:The fan works and looks great. The blades are cut out of real wood.The annoying:I installed this in my bedroom and was disappointed with the light settings. It has 3 warmth settings but you have to flip the switch off and on to change through them. It would be so much better if you could set a default or turn on the fan without the light if you wanted. Yes, you can turn both on with the switch, then use the remote to adjust the settings such as "light off", but when I wake up hot and want the fan on I don't want to deal with a bright light and a tiny button on a remote. I'll be looking for a different bedroom fan and this will be moved to the living room.The only cheap looking parts are the plastic bits. The light cover and remote
