Is this a disinfectant??

It is not it cleans really good but unfortunately it’s not a disinfectant. Smells great also

Is it safe for reglazed tubs/showers?

It’s safe on granites. But unsure on reglazed tubs.

Does this usually come with a sprayer top? This is my first order and it came looking like a refill.

Miine did NOT come with a sprayer top and based on the photo showing it with a sprayer top and it not being described as a refill bottle, I'd say this is false advertising. Plus, I see no way to contact the seller about it.

Can this be used on painted white Cabinets?

Yes I’d say as long as you have a proper finish on it. I’ve used it on many things I’ve painted white and never had any issues!
