This stuff works. I am a Medical Doctor, and I am an 80 year old over-exerciser, so I have more aches and pains than a dog has fleas. Yes, it does have an odor, one I find reassuring and not entirely unpleasant. Be careful where you put it and what you touch afterwards. But it works and lasts for hours.

I like this product and would recommend it. I use it on my lower back pain. It really works and seems to last longer than other products. I only wish it was fragrance free. It's a pretty strong fragrance therefore I only use it when I stay home.

Just received this today! 😁 It's nice and thick so it does not dribble down your hand, I found out yesterday that I have two compression fractures of the vertebrae between my shoulders, saw my cervical spine MRI pictures showing my one good nerve (we have 8 that run down your spine) and I'm already feeling relieved. I have been using lidocaine products for several years but this one has a tingling sensation that feels therapeutic. I'm glad I tried it.I like the tingle and the thickness makes this my new favorite, less mess!

Very effective & does work better than most to relieve muscle and joint pain. But the smell is absolutely awful. So strong it makes my eyes water and the dogs howl. My wife can smell it in the kitchen when I use it in a second floor bedroom. The stink is so overwhelming that you could never wear this out of the house, to work, or in just about any social setting. Surprising that the manufacturer couldn't do anything to improve that issue. Bottom line is that practical use is limited. Ended up with Blu Emu Maximum Strength which is almost as good at pain relief with almost no odor.
