Solved my problem
I’ve tried many other products to avoid one pair of shoes to hurt my heals, all failed but this. I can use it with or without socks, it feels a bit loose (because of the shoe size) but it protects the area the shoe hurts me more.

In recent weeks I have tried many heel protectors, some satifactory, other not. These are briliant.

Too big for my UK 7 trainers
Will send back unfortunately as the cups fit well around the heels but are too big higher up and rub against the ankles.

Comfortable
I was recommended these heel cups by my chiropodist for my heels that keep cracking. I am so pleased with them. Delivery was quick so that I could start using them straight away.

Disappointing
While these do indeed provide a slight cushion, they don't stay put in my shoes, move around and cause blisters. They also make my feet feel squished in my shoes causing additional foot pain. Very expensive and not at useful.

Perfect fix to a painful issue! I don't know what the problem was with my heel, it started hurting & kept getting worse by the day. It got so bad with the throbbing & it was very painful to walk. I got these heel cups, been wearing them for 3 days now and sooo much better!! (I put them inside my slipper socks for in the house, wear them to work in my crocs/no socks. They stay put better than anything else I have tried.) Easy to wash, seems to be very durable. I would buy this item again if needed, money well spent!!
