I work from home and often take stressful calls and find myself getting stressed out and anxious throughout the day. This breathing light sits on my desk and is the perfect visual reminder to breathe. I do a couple of the guided breathing cycles prior to calls or throughout the day when I can feel myself getting stressed out and feeling anxious. It really brings my focus back in the present and helps bring my heart rate down and really helps me get back into the right mindset.I also use this little Breathing Buddy to be a better and calmer parent. When I may be getting frustrated or feeling like I am going to react in a negative way, instead of going with my initial impulse, which may be negative or to yell, I instead pause, turn on the Buddha and do a few breathing cycles with it. Usually after a couple breathing cycles with the breathing light, I'm able to handle situations as a parent much better. And sometimes I even invite my child to do the breathing light with me as well which ends up having us both feel calmer - so it’s a win-win!This breathing light has changed my day-to-day life and allowed me to navigate my days with ease and peace!!! It's the perfect physical reminder to focus, and calm myself in the moment. 10/10 recommend this product!

The whole family loves it; wife uses to keep calm and baby uses it as a chew toy. Safe to keep around kids as far as I'm concerned.

Halsa Breathing Buddy is a calming reminder to take a moment to breathe. The silicone figure is very soft and easy to clean. There are three colors that cycle through: purple, green, and blue. The purple remains on for 4 seconds before changing to green for 7 seconds before finally changing to blue for 8 seconds. The colors are pleasant but my only negative for the product is in regards to the color changing. I anticipated that the colors would transition smoothly but I found the color changes as jarring. When I pressed the button to turn on the piece, the color slowly appeared which was fantastic. But when it came to the color changing between the other colors it would blink and change. Ironically, the blue color would slowly fade out at the end of the cycle. When it finished one cycle, the piece would appear to turn off entirely. I would flip the piece upside down to try to troubleshoot as it would remain colorless for a few seconds before it would slowly start to glow with the purple with the slow transition. The majority of the color of the piece is focused in the center or torso of your breathing buddy. The color is faint in the head and base of the buddy. The unit will turn itself off after 3 hours of time. The manufacturer provided a USB cord that can be connected to either your computer or a wall unit. It is Designed in the USA and Made in China. Overall, I liked this product and found that it helped me take time to really breathe. I just wish the colors would transition softly as it does in the when it first turned on and when it was finishing its cycle.

He is a nice gentle reminder, sitting there on my desk, to just pause and take breathing break. The colors are fun in a dimly lit room.

Wonderful affordable tool used daily really keeps me in a calm place able to relax quickly and brings me to the Now.

The person it was purchased for had issues following the various colors I would recommend but others might disagree
