These are great and really grip onto suture needles well and don't slip. The spring on the back of the handle can dig into your fingers a little but it's not that bad if you're not using it for hours at a time. The teeth inserts are hard as diamonds and you can see some of the teeth marks in the needles so you know they're holding on tight. The lock in the center of the arms takes a little getting used to and can lock up when you don't want it too but, again, a little practice with these and you'll figure it out. Not bad for the price and they look pretty fancy to boot.

Nice, high quality specialty suturing forceps. I especially like the spring opening jaws.

The lock and unlock takes some getting used to. Works for holding small parts while working. Better than needle nose pliers in many cases.
