A mini but mighty portable projector
I'm constantly on the lookout for ways to amp up our social gatherings with family and friends, and this outdoor projector is a great addition. It's impressively compact, about the size of a water bottle, making it convenient to carry wherever we go. The built-in battery is a big plus, lasting up to 2.5 hours and can be charged on-the-go with power banks. It even powers my Fire Stick, making streaming a breeze with its HDMI, USB, and Wi-Fi casting options. This portable projector comes with a heavy-duty carry bag, making it perfect for outdoor events without worrying about damage during transportation. This mini projector distinguishes itself from others by not needing a tripod to adjust the projection height. You can easily modify the projection angle by rotating the small projector. Additionally, it can even project onto the ceiling, which my kids enjoy as they can watch a few clips before going to bed. It's designed for portability and can be used for movie nights, backyard BBQs or any outdoor event. We brought it along on our recent camping trip, using it as a Bluetooth speaker during the day and a portable cinema at night. It definitely enhanced the enjoyment of our trip.We are always impressed by its excellent image quality with vivid colors, sharp details, and a large screen. The auto V keystone feature makes it easy to set up, and the Bluetooth-connected remote control adds to the convenience. Moreover, this small projector can be controlled through their remote control app (with the phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the projector), eliminating the need to get up from our comfortable seats for additional settings. In conclusion, I highly recommend this portable projector for anyone looking to elevate their social gatherings to the next level of fun and entertainment. With its compact size, built-in battery, versatile connectivity options, immersive audio, heavy-duty carry bag, and impressive image quality, it's the perfect companion for any get-together.

Pixelated image - do not buy
Do not buy this projector. The image is extremely pixelated. Unless you enjoy a fragmented and pixelated image do not buy. I contacted the company via their web site and they did not respond either. Do not buy.

NOMVDIC R150 Mini Projector - great portable unit!
Recently purchased the R150 because I wanted a portable projector with very good video and built in audio. I purchased this around Black Friday and the R150 delivers. As noted by some other reviews, yes the video can be slightly grainy but considering the price point I felt the video was above average and better than other projectors in its class. The built in audio is perfect for a device this size and the sound exceeded my expectations as well as the included remote. After setting up the R150 which was a breeze, I decided it was time to use this thing. While camping and off the grid I tested the R150 with a usb-c adapter out of my iPad to HDMI into R150. Downloaded Netflix and ITunes movies played perfectly. Back home with WiFi I then tested with an HDMI Roku Stick and this worked flawlessly. Pretty much turned the R150 into a content powerhouse. You can also download content directly to the device to watch on the go and use the unit as an audio Bluetooth device. Is the NOMVDIC R150 Mini Projector an every day replacement to a tv? No it’s not. But, for occasional movie nights on a bare wall (ceiling too) or when out on vacation like camping this unit is a home run! By the way, keep this away from your teenage kids because I promise you’ll never get it back.

I like this projector but wanted to love it
This Nomvdic projector is awesome, and I really wanted to love it but it falls short in just one area, brightness. If the projector were 25% brighter, this would be a five-star product easily. The compact size and plethora of input ports and sound quality all make this a winner. You do not have Google Play with this projector which is probably a good thing since you do not have all the overhead that is included with having the Google services. You will need to be comfortable with install APK files if you want to expand the software on the player. There is a store of their own on the player, but it is extremely limited in the offerings so installing APK files will likely be the best route to take. I installed Plex via APK and was watching movies from my Plex server in under five minutes. The compact size of this projector does create some limitations, the sound is good for the size but in a perfect world would be louder. The USB-C port is in the upper right corner of the inputs and slightly recessed so some USB-C drives will not fit in without using some sort of extension. The projector includes a great hard case which can hold the projector, the remote control, and the AC adapter. There is not a specifically designated space for the AC adapter, but it does fit over top of the remote. It is funny that the listing talks a few times about the projector being tripod-free, but the projector luckily includes a tripod mount on the bottom. I find this especially useful as we take a projector with us on cruises and use a tripod mount to magnet adapter to connect projectors to the ceiling of the staterooms (metal ceilings). Even with the limited brightness and the limited volume of the speakers, I will be taking this on our upcoming cruises thanks to its diminutive size. We have evaluated many projectors to try to find the most brightness and best sound while also not overloading the suitcase with a massive projector, this does seem to have a good balance. We have brighter projectors, but they add a few pounds and double the overall size (or volume) of projector we need to pack.
