Q: What’s the chili to oil ratio? I prefer mines with more chili

Lots of chili. When the jar is brand new, the chilis sink to about the bottom 3/4 of the jar, with oil filling up the rest. This stuff is addicting, so don’t say you weren’t warned. :-)

Q: What is the sodium content of this?

Way too high.... I almost never ever use LKK products. You are paying for salt, not the actual product that you want. Garbage

Q: The package says "Refrigerate after opening." How long will the product stay good after opening if kept refrigerated?

A long time. I didn't read the label and kept mine in the pantry for about 3 weeks after it was opened. When I used the last of it, it was still good.

Q: Is this the same sauce that you would find on the table at a Dim Sum restaurant?

most of the time..but some Dim Sum make their own Chili sauce
