Really a good item my son uses it every day

Great but flawed design..
This truly is a great little espresso maker, however I've had two now and both deleveoped leaks from the pump arm! Customer support were not interested in helping really. However I quickly found out that I'm not the only one and that there is a fix with a simple silicone O-ring if you're prepared to do the mod. (its really not tough and there are videos on youtube showing you how to do it). Since then its been perfect.
