Very usefull and good quality

Dear customers , I bought a diffuser in September 2023, with extended warranty for a year. After a month of purchase the misting reduced by 50%. And now in the month of March 2024 , its not working. When I contacted the customer care executive on their number on WhatsApp, they asked me to submit the order detail and extended warranty etc which I submitted , then I was told to wait till they check it. Even after a week they are nor responding to message , they are not repairing it nor taking back , not replying to the messages. They seems to be only earning through fake warranties. Their post-sales services are not good. This product is also not a good product as compare to other . I strongly recommend the amazon customer to avoid purchase of such companies. Thanks

Quality Product, effective and attractive

Pros: Good product. With large water storage tank. Comes for atleast 3 days with one fill. Light is very good.Cons :Could have reduced the light intensity. Cons : If power goes off and comes back it will not start automatically. You need to switch it on again.

The media could not be loaded. The most annoying part is that the product is in warranty and it stopped working after few days. Even its in the warranty period no service provided so far to fix it. Why amazon allows such product to get listed.? I want to create the attention of amazon senior management towards the fact, that with these kind of defects and run away given by ibell. Amazon may loose there past valued customers who are with them since a long time. Amazon management needs to take some kind of action towards the ibell worst humidifier marketed on there website. Also the compensation should be given to the customer who are getting run around from ibell staff. Its the worst experience I have gone through so far. Very very unhappy customer I am right now.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this recently and have been using daily. Easy to assemble and use product. You can use different settings based on your mood or way you want. I have been using for about 4-5 hrs daily (evening) by filling mix of Lemon Grass Oil and water and has run for close to 5 days. This solution not only kept mosquitoes away but also left good aroma in the house. Different lights gives cool and beautiful look to your home decor, easy to clean and refill.
