This review is for the Ginseng Tea 40 Count tea bags. Immediately upon opening the bag, I smelled the familiar smell of ginseng. There's no mistaking that it is ginseng, and it looks and tastes like an American ginseng, not Korean red panax. Nothing wrong with that. The two types of ginseng are good. Flavor was good. A bit sweet, but that's pretty typical of ginseng. The tea bags contained an adequate supply for an 8 ounce cup of tea. The brewing instructions say to put it in a cup of boiling water and steep for 8 minutes. I tried that, and it worked. The tea looked pale yellowish and had a moderate taste of ginseng (not weak, not strong). For stronger flavor, just put in more than one tea bag. They sliced the little flakes of ginseng paper thin, so it cuts down on the time you need to brew. But, if you want the biggest bang for the buck, you will want to brew it in a more traditional way. You can brew it on the stove top in a small pot. Put in about 2 cups of water. Bring the water to a boil. Then cut the tea bag and drop the contents into the boiling water. Continue boiling for about 30 minutes, or until you're left with about 1 cup of tea. This is the herbal decoction method of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I actually prefer another way to brew it: Take a thermos and put some boiling water into it. Wait about 5 minutes. Then dump the water out completely. That pre-heats the thermos. Then immediately drop the contents of the tea bag into the thermos along with 1 cup of boiling water into the thermos. Close the top. Shake well. Leave for at least an hour. I actually leave it overnight. Come back the next day and pour it into a cup, straining off the solids as you do that. This will get the most out of the ginseng. And then you just add whatever sweetener you want, and a squirt of lemon. You got yourself a nice tasting ginseng tea.

Perfect price for a good fresh cup of tea. Order came a day early! I love this so much. I added a little bit of lemon juice to it, didn’t need to but did for my weight loss. Very good tea, not too stout and taste just like unsweetened tea. Gave me a lot of energy and I love it. If you like unsweetened tea you’ll love this! Will be buying more!

Pretty good, but the flavor is not very strong. I added honey and orange and it tasted good, but I am a bit disappointed with the overall strength.

I have notice a big difference in my digestive track, I have an ulcer, no more pain, acid reflux has subsided, bloating has been reduced, I don’t feel hungry all the time, I can’t believe my sleep is so much better, I feel energetic. The herbal tea has a delightful taste which I enjoy. I’m going to continue with drinking twice a day and let’s see what else improves. Wish I started this routine long ago. Very pleased.

So nasty and bitter I love it. Had a Binder on standby because taste is intense. Definitely recommend the Tea and not pill form, really gets into bloodstream for them suckers.

I started taking this tea and felt results instantly, when I say have you feeling RELAXED and the taste is tolerable hot or cold and was perfect for cramps ladies..So yes definitely reordered for myself.

I drank this towards the end of my pregnancy cause this allegedly helps with labor. Based on my labor experience I can say this seems to be true. Had an easy labor with no complications and my baby came out easily. 13h of labor for first baby. In addition, this tea was pretty delicious.

Le goût est excellent! La menthe poivrée contribue à diminuer les problèmes digestifs selon les professionnels! J’ai acheté ce produit car j’avais des maux de ventre à tous les soirs, nuits et matins depuis plusieurs jours. Ça m’arrivait occasionnellement mais depuis quelques temps c’était quotidien. Depuis que j’en prends, les maux ont disparus.

Great tea! Bitter, especially if steeped for longer time, but that's mugwort; it's a plant, plants have different characteristics... research the plant before you buy the tea. ;) This is not the seller's fault, it is only the plant's characteristics. If it's too bitter for you, a tad of honey takes away the bitterness, and tastes amazing (in my opinion). If drank before bed, it helps with relaxing and dreaming. For those that gave a 1 star review and said that it comes in "rabbit feed" or "stems", etc., this is a process known as pelletizing. It's used for many varieties of tea to keep it fresh, lasts longer, release more flavour, etc. It comes in a resealable air-tight bag with a silica pack (for freshness). So, thank you very much to the seller and manufacturer for having a high standard of quality for your product! ^_^ I have no issues whatsoever with the tea bags. Very well-designed packaging, freshness-aids, and an over all great tea. There are a couple slightly cheaper options on Amazon, but they don't have this quality of packaging and freshness-retaining aids. As of when writing this, I was feeling really drained and nauseous, so I had this amazing tea while writing this review... I feel 100% all of a sudden. Effects may differ among individuals, however. If you take into consideration what I said, you can't go wrong... but then again, everyone has different tastes and preferences. Give it a try if you are curious. :)
