They put some thought into it with design, by adding the poles so that it can be put over the top and zippered. Can put the thing on in under a minute. Boight the color to match the umbrella but the beigh one that come with it is fine

So we put up two large purple leaf umbrellas for our pool area. We love them! But after two years in the Texas sun, and a little lawnmower accident the covers were looking a bit shabby. We looked high and low and could not find them. I sent a single email to the Purple Leaf team at 9pm one night and the next morning we had the correct link to Amazon to purchase new ones. These fit perfect, are easy to put on and take off, cover the full umbrella and matches the fabric of the umbrellas perfectly. Love the service, love the product. Highly recommended.

the pole inside the cover makes putting on the umbrella easy. the zipper and drawstring at the bottom however are pretty low low quality.

I have two purple leaf umbrellas and love them. They are a great company with amazing umbrellas that have held up beautifully over the past 2 years.However, that attention to quality seems to stop short when it comes to the covers. I've now replaced both covers every year for the past 2 years. While they are very stable and don't flap around in the wind/have easy zippers and the awesome telescopic pole--the durability is lacking for something that costs 80 bucks a pop. Since I store my umbrellas indoors over the winter/fall, I believe it's the high heat we get in the summers in Texas that's wearing them out. Given they are UMBRELLA covers, they should be made out of material that can actually handle full sun and high heat. But alas, at the end of every summer, the fabric has faded considerably and the material feels brittle and thin, making it more susceptible to tearing. While I'd rather the cover take the beating over the umbrella the cost to replace just isn't worth it anymore.The ONLY reason I have continued to shell out the extra money is because both my umbrellas are 12 ft and for some STUPID reason that I cannot for the LIFE of me figure out--I have yet to find another cover from a different brand that fits 12ft umbrellas and also comes with the pole in the cover to help you get it on. Without that small convenience... anytime you want to cover/uncover the umbrella, you have to get out a step stool (3 tier stool in my case) as well as use some sort of pole (I use my pool net pole or my broom to lift the friggin thing off and it's still difficult.)If I end up having to replace mine for the fourth time in four years, despite the inconvenience of other brands, I'll buy the cover elsewhere rather than continue to spend 160 dollars for material that doesn't hold up.

I store the umbrella out doors and this cover protects the umbrella from the elements when stored. It works and the first one lasted 4 years in the rain and snow.

This is a great replacement for existing covers. One thing to keep in mind is that you may not get a replacement pole with your cover, or at least I didn't. But for me it wasn't a big deal because I just took the pole from the old cover and reused it. The customer service was awesome Zoey was able to add me to a notification list to inform me when the color I was looking for became available again, so I didn't miss out again. Thanks Zoey!

I'm very pleased with this umbrella. My old cover was destroyed in the Buffalo blizzard of '22. Emily was very helpful in getting this product and suggested I get the longest cover. The full coverage is great. It literally took 2 minutes to install. Definitely a 5 star rating!!!
