I hardly ever write reviews, but this little grease gun exceeded my expectations for the price paid. I had ordered some new tie rod ends that unexpectedly came with Zerk fittings. This was a good cheap option for my new-found occasional grease gun needs. Easy to assemble, but I did watch a couple of YouTube videos on grease guns beforehand since this was my first one. Just make sure to peel the foil off the tube end prior to installation. I also learned that in order to make life easier when using grease guns, you need to first unscrew the nozzle tip a few turns before you push it onto the Zerk, then tighten the tip again to clamp it onto the Zerk fitting before you pump. Then just unscrew the tip a little again before pulling it off the Zerk fitting. Worked great! No mess, it's smaller than a full-sized grease gun to have to store in my tool chest, and I see Amazon has inexpensive 3oz refill tubes of Lucas marine grease or Red &Tacky available.

Great little gun to have in your toolbox, I do a lot of PMs on industrial machines and have some really hard spots to get too. When you have to climb a ladder to get to a zerk fitting this is a nice little grease gun to have with the short or long hose and a quick tip, it makes all the difference in the world.

Difficult to engage new cartridge. Grease seems to bypass plunger. Very small quantity cartridges.

I needed a grease gun for my truck, but did not want to buy one of the bigger one with the larger grease tube. This was the perfect size. Would recommend it to anyone

Great easy to use ready right away

After many attempts I could not get the grease to come out so I gave up. So I went to Tractor Supply and found a mini grease gun there and put it together and it worked with no problems whatsoever.

Gun works ok but does leak a little out the back where the plunger goes into the tube and at the top just above the trigger. Directions are terrible. How to assemble is rather vague and makes no mention of having to remove the foil cover before inserting the cartridge. I also had to push the release lever on the plunger every couple of pumps to keep the grease flowing. I had to go to YouTube to find a couple videos of other mini grease guns to figure out how this one worked. Not super happy with it but it does the job adequately.
