Great, better than the online reviews and comparison videos
So if you’re looking for a headset like this you’re looking at it for talking first and media second. This isn’t an Apple Bose or other headset, it sounds good nothing wrong with it but for music other brands focus on what you hear. This headset focuses on what your other party hears. Barking dogs, people in the background are all filtered out, 1000 times better than those other top brands would hope to do. And it sounds good, is comfortable to have on for along time, and for this one that I got is highly portable. It has other features too but that is what I needed and this headset has exceeded my expectations. Also for Amazon renewed this was great, came with everything it did new. A plus worth every penny

Outstanding for Teams and Zoom Calls!
This headset has completely transformed my virtual meeting experience. Whether I’m on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, the audio clarity is exceptional, and the noise-cancelling feature works like a charm.I really like that this is has a USB-C UC receiver, it’s truly a game changer. The speed and reliability of the connection far exceed anything I’ve used before, making setup and usage effortless. The comfort and build quality are also top-notch, allowing me to wear the headset for extended calls without any discomfort. If you’re looking for a dependable headset for professional use, this one is worth every penny. It folds nicely and is compact for travelling.

Not for those seeking a headset they can count on
Nightmare. I had done a lot of watching YouTuber reviews of work headsets before purchasing this one. The packaging and design were sleek, comfortable, and seemed high-quality. The folding feature was really neat and made it a great form for portability. However, if the headset doesn't do the job for the $200+, it's worthless. I work remotely and so I absolutely need something reliable. I bought the version that is certified for MS Teams, since that's what my company uses. From day 1 I experienced dropped calls, bad reception and generally unreliable performance. It sounded okay when it was working, but that was about 20% of the time. I used the headset with the Jabra Link device as recommended for optimal connectivity, but during meetings the speaker/microphone setting kept changing between the headset and the link, resulting in loss of audio with each random switch. I often had to keep leaving and rejoining meetings in order for the audio to work. By the end, the headset connection prevented me from joining Teams meetings and instead of joining, I would repeatedly be put on hold and never made it in. Frustratingly, there didn't seem to be any human support or even a contact number or chat support from Jabra. My attempts to find support resulted in being diverted to the same PDFs or online FAQs - many of which didn't even apply to this particular model. If you experience trouble with this product, you're hosed. Now, MS Teams is far from perfect, and they push updates so often, I can't imagine that headset manufacturers can test functionality with each Team update, but it became laughable that this particular headset is advertised as "Teams Certified." I returned the headset (thanks Amazon!) and purchased the Poly Voyager Focus 2 for a little bit more $$. So far the performance of the Voyager has been flawless and reliable.

Headset works great
Works as advertised. I wanted a lightweight set of headphones with ANC and a boom mic. I wanted to be able to listen to music on my phone and automatically switch to my laptop when a teams call came in. This set does that perfectly. I like the ANC modes - I can hear my own volume or get complete ANC when I want. I like the ability to mute by lifting the boom. The only thing I don't like (but it's part of the design of on-ear headphones) is that they slip off your head if you lean over too far. The feature I would add is a positive "click" when you move the boom to the fully extended position. It's pretty easy to bump it into "mute". I have had zero problems with connections or dropped audio.

Great all around headset so far
I was deciding between this and Dell's new pro headset. The jabra portability and low profile, as well as the ability to use it as a wired headset if need be, were intriguing. i was a bit nervous about some of the reports about the microphone cutting out with Teams and was ready to return this if need be. I have only had it a few days but have heavily used them on two different computers and have not had anyone report me cutting out. So far I am happy.Pros:Compact profileportablevery lightweightgood sound qualityrich feature setcons:ANC is maybe a 6/10. this is my first noise cancelling headset and while it does "something" it is not like it will totalyy drown out a yelling kid. Maybe my expectations are too high though for an on-ear design. it would certainly take care of normal volume conversation though.maybe a little plasticy for the price, but I think this is part of the lightness equation. Jury is out on it holding up - but I am optimistic. In closing, this would be a tough call at the full price and I would have most definitely gone with something else, but at a discounted price it was close enough that the combination/tradeoffs were intriguing.
