Not one broken cookie! And taste is 👍
I was worried I’d have a bunch of broken cookies or just crumbs as other reviews have mentioned. Not one broken cookie and it was packaged in a bag not a box. The cookie itself is about half the thickness of it’s counterpart and taste decent (you can tell it’s a low sugar food). I would definitely buy again if I needed a low sugar crunchy cookie fix.

Honest review: Have realistic expectations
As someone who has been doing keto for years, it is hard to find that things will taste 100% exactly as their sugar filled counterpart. No, they won’t. It is an acquired taste, if you are new to low carb and keto, wait some time so your body naturally starts accepting keto sweats after being deprived from sugar and carbs in general for a while. At that point it will taste heavenly. If you have recently started keto and are looking to satisfy your cravings this is what you can expect. There is nothing that I love more than Danish cookies and shortbreads. I love the buttery crispy flavor and that heavenly balanced sweetness, I love eating them with tea, coffee, hot cocoa or plain milk. I am a true fan of real danish cookies with no additives, no butter or artificial butter flavorings. Going back to the review, this cookies are good, they are somewhat a little bit dryer to taste than their full carb counterpart. I imagine it is due to the coconut flour. Normally coconut overpowers everything in general however the taste of butter is still subtle and noticeable which pairs well with the coconut. They have a nice nutty smell almost like brown butter, they’re very crispy and delightfully sweet. In the keto flavor scale I’d give it a 8/10 for being a good healthy counterpart as it is faithful to the traditional ingredients in a danish cookie. (Eggs, butter, vanilla) The only reason I’d give it 8 instead of 10 is due to the addition of palm oil which I am not fan of. For the price I’d expect it to have only butter and no other additional oil. Specially a bad one like palm oil. Setting that aside, they’re well packed however quantity not to big, again compared to the carb counterpart I get it we’re paying the healthy keto tax. Would I be buying them again? Yes because it is christmas season and this is part of my tradition during christmas, along with hot cocoa. I recommend pairing it with a cup of hot cocoa made with Lakanto Drinking chocolate. Enjoy!

Almost perfect
I am giving a 4-star instead of a 5-star only because about 1/4 of the cookies were broken in two or three pieces. However, they are great tasting, and I am buying them again. These cookies are great!!

No sugar, great taste
My husband has been trying to avoid sugar but loves cookies. These fit the bill and he enjoyed the flavor and liked the crunchiness. A bit on the pricey side but very enjoyable.

Delicious.
So good. Pricey though. Must like coconut because there is a definite taste of it.

Taste is okay. Every cookie was broken during shipment
Every cookie, EVERY COOKIE, was broken during shipment. Some were in 10 or more pieces and some were a series of crumbs. Cookies are okay, but dry and crumbly. Amazon please note: these require special care in packaging so the “gorillas” delivering these and throwing them around won’t damage them so terribly.

It isn't a sewing kit!
They're a bit powdery and have a fairly bland taste. I think this is a limitation of the gluten free and everything else free recipe. They're still good and can scratch the cookies itch without spiking my sugars dangerously. 4 cookies is a serving and that's not unreasonable in carbs. I found half a serving usually hit the spot. They dip well. They're not tiny. They're also sealed well. I had some issues closing the lid once I opened the container. The paper cups have no room for shifting. I appreciate the quantity present. My nieces like them and they're very picky. So while they're not the most amazing flavor I have had they taste good enough. They're also not super thin or hard. I do think they're a bit expensive for what they are but it's nice to not have to stress the carbs and it's nice to feel like I can just have something instead of micromanaging it. Nothing beats home made but it is also nice to not have the time cost for this.
