My husband bought this but it wasn't what he expected, this is just for the front screen , came with every thing needed to get your screen fixed perfectly

The only issue my phone had was broken glass so I mistakenly thought this would be sufficient. Unfortunately, there is a tinted film that goes inside the screen that is required to make the screen work correctly. I did not realize that I would not be able to re-use my existing film because it does not generally come off of the old screen in-tact. Learn from my mistake, this kit only includes a clear piece of glass without the tinted film that is required to be adhered to the new glass to make the screen function. I also could not find a way to buy this film separately, so this was probably a waste of money on my part. Learn from my carelessness. The first picture of the tinted screen is what the screen needs to look like to function. The second picture of the clear screen is what this kit will send you.

This was very easy to use .. 100% recommend for beginners or DIY persons like myself.

This is JUST the glass. The problem is you can't really just remove the glass from the OLEd. There are no instructions.

I don't know what I was thinking though, because I need to make solder connections to fix my screen, and I don't have one of the soldering irons specially designed for electronic soldering. That's next on my list, so I can't fix the phone yet, that I accidentally and unknowingly dropped out of my back pocket and proceeded to run over with my RV. I have looked over this kit and am very impressed. I fully expect to have a working phone once I do get a soldering iron that can handle intricate small parts soldering.

It's not the display, only the outer glass.
